Sorry, but this is dumb and amateur sounding. She repeats the same things over and over. The episode I listened to was basically a half hour ad for weight loss coaching. She talk about problems but offers no solutions.
If you want things sugar-coated or a “diet” to follow then don’t bother listening. JoLynn tells it like it is and knows all the b.s. we tell ourselves. Weight loss is not as hard as we make it. We just need to clear all the b.s. out of our brains and show up for ourselves.
P.S. All the best motivational speakers sound like spin instructors!!! That’s what gets people movin and getting down to business!
I felt like I was in a spin class with a hard nose instructor. The same things could be said from a place of calling forward rather than with “bullying”.

Listen to this podcast if you know what to do to lose weight but you're not doing it. JoLynn asks a lot "does this make sense" and it does. It's all about your head. Change your head, get a new mindset, a weight loss mindset like JoLynn says, and weight loss gets easy. Makes sense to me. Thank you JoLynn. Love the Get Real episodes especially!!!
I have been on a lot of fad diets since l was 17 years old back in 1984. My life changed in 2003 when l was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and almost died and then in 2015 when l was diagnosed with hormonal diabetes. My sugar level was 18 in Canadian levels. My weight was 214lbs and now is 157 lbs in Oct 2018.
No nonsense approach to weight loss. Some great advice which I have taken. Thank you
