I’ve always wanted to learn more about herbs and how I can incorporate them in my every day life to better nourish my body. I loved the episode about Garlic - I take a liquid garlic extract every time I feel a tickle in my throat and it works like a charm. After listening I think I’ll take it more often especially during these uncertain times!
Following some of the advice has improved my health. I know, I should follow more but starting small has had big changes.
