A bad system with a PR program to tell you it’s great.
There was no discipline of ideas in developing this. For example, replacing the ORB/ERB with the STP. Any bad decision is defended by claims that it does something for “talent” - the magic army word of the moment.
On top of that, you unleash your attack dogs both in person and online to anyone who questions this.
My prediction is this ends the same way the ACFT is about to - Congress forcing the Army to abandon a sinking ship.
