Her podcast is great. Informatice abd supportive. Her voice is lovely and calming but there are A LOT of NPR mouth noises. It’s a bit maddening. I want to keep listening, like I said it’s great, but the lips smacking and swallowing is really frustrating. It’s one of my biggest issues with all podcasts.
Martita’s voice and transmission is like honey wisdom, with practical and helpful tools for integrating intuitive eating into life. It is also a testament and inspiration that healing happens, is totally possible, and freedom + flexibility on the other side. Thank you so much for creating this, it has contributed so much to me. ♥️
