I’ve only listen to a little bit but I am extremely thankful for mats work and his mission. This podcast is giving me the permission I need to give myself to be OK with who I am and to go out on a limb even when it is a limb that place to my strengths.

I’m an entrepreneur and I’d say I’m more 51% introvert 49% extrovert, but podcasts like this really help a lot on learning how to use my more dominant introvert side as an advantage and not a hindrance! I found this guy through the True Underdog Podcast and so far I’m enjoy the content a lot!
As an introvert myself and an entrepreneur, this podcast has given me so much value and made me feel so at home with who I am and what I have to offer. Introverts have been underutilized for far too long and Matthew has done an amazing job of highlighting our strengths and showing how we can turn them into absolute advantages to give us an edge!
Listened to a few episodes and really got inspired hearing Matthew talking about what it means to be introvert. I've always kept to myself mostly but forced myself to be an extrovert to try to get ahead in business. But I'm getting a glimpse into a new paradigm that you don't have to deny your authentic self to be successful. Quite the opposite. I think there's something to be said for going outside of your comfort zone, which I don't think Matthew is against in the least, but rather owning your... more
That is what you get in Matt’s podcast. Actionable steps for you to take into your business bringing value.

Matthew asks tactful information of his guests and serve us well. I think busy has become people’s default mode. It’s too bad simply needing time to relax and slow down is often seen as laziness. Take notes and learn from his podcast.
Finally, business advice that speaks my language!
It's not easy for an introvert to sign up to be interviewed on a podcast, or go to a networking event without some anxiety. But Matthew gives easy to follow, concrete strategies to make these less anxiety inducing and maybe even enjoy them!
It's just nice to have someone say more than "step out of your comfort zone" and show you solid steps to stand on when you do.
It's easy for someone to say "the best way to grow your audience is to get interviewed on podcasts" but in the second episode Matthew acknoledges that this is no easy feat for introverted people. As an introvert myself, I apprecaite that all of Matthew's advice gets broken down into a system of easy to follow steps - so I don't have to rely on my uncomfortable small talk to get me by - I know that by following Matthew's advice, my future interviews will have a much higher chance of success and I... more
