Matt and Dan give great insight into what the past, current and future demands are from employers. I love that they point out that today’s market is not the same as our parents and it shouldn’t be treated the same, especially in today’s environment.

This gives them the opportunity to share their experiences with all age groups and they do it extremely well through their podcasts!
