This podcast has accompanied me on so many runs and commutes. The topics are always captivating and engaging and provide a great grounding in internal comms, change and other topics that relate to leadership. Frequently nestled into the podcasts are insightful and thought provoking ideas and viewpoints that remain with me many months after listening.
Loved episode 42 where it is called out that Leaders have to adapt to change by adapting their leadership style. It is amazing what can be done and how ways of thinking and working can change, and so quickly. This crisis has shown that we all need to be more human. Thanks.
