Dr Andrea Pennington has inspired me to be resilient and to learn, love, and live my whole being. Through her LifeWriting Course and Meditations, I am able to reflect on myself and really dig deep into some painful trauma. My ACE score is 4 and I didn't even know how deep I was affected until I reflected. Thank goodness our brains can rewire and activate new pathways. I am gaining more confidence in my life now and learning to live my life consciously and on purpose, and I'm worth it!🤗
I Love the accesible wisdom that runs as a red thread throughout these episodes. The genuine care for, and interest in helping humans thrive just makes me HAPPY.
