  • I'm Worth it!🙌🏽🙌🏽😃

Dr Andrea Pennington has inspired me to be resilient and to learn, love, and live my whole being. Through her LifeWriting Course and Meditations, I am able to reflect on myself and really dig deep into some painful trauma. My ACE score is 4 and I didn't even know how deep I was affected until I reflected. Thank goodness our brains can rewire and activate new pathways. I am gaining more confidence in my life now and learning to live my life consciously and on purpose, and I'm worth it!🤗

  • Holistic healing at its very best

It’s nice to hear in depth positive psychology, neuroscience and recovery information from an integrative physician that I’ve followed since her TV days on The Oprah Winfrey Show.

She has helped me make sense of how my childhood trauma led to depression and low self-love. From Dr. Andrea I have learned that I am not my trauma, I’m not my disease, I am a spiritual being worthy of love. And self-love is bot selfish
