The podcast content is good, and she is actually easy to listen to (so many other women are SOOO hard to listen too with the valley girl drawl - eye roll) but finally one that is not. HOWEVER, I have panic disorder and I cannot communicate to you how triggering and startling your sound effect between ads/sections is. Omg, heart attach every time.
