Completely agree with the previous review. Straight to the story, and all (so far) are new, crazy, creepy asf stories. Love it!

I love voice, enthusiasm, and her content! She keeps me hooked on the story until the end.

I tend to be persnickety with this type of pod - it's not really a 'genre,' it's an experience. We're not all cut out to be engaging storytellers (and by 'we,' I mean 'me!'), but Carol Ann does it well! Two thumbs up; recommended!

A suspenseful, folklore- and mystery-driven show that centers on strange events, paranormal encounters, and historical oddities, told through a warm, storytelling-led host. Episodes span time-slip phenomena, cryptids, conspiracies, and eerie folklore, often blending archival research with personal narratives to explore what's real, what's imagined, and what's left unexplained. Notable strengths include a consistent campfire-style narration, skeptical yet open-minded framing, and a knack for weaving local legends with broader mystery lore. The format tends to favor intimate storytelling and audience engagement, making it a compelling pick for listeners who crave eerie tales and thoughtful commentary in a documentary-ish vein.
