I love knowing that I’m not alone in my struggle to find meaningful work. I’ve had many successes in my career but each one eventually fades, leaving behind this nagging sense of something missing. Stephen and Adam give some answers but mostly remind me that meaning is a long journey that we are all working towards.
I look forward to this podcast because it’s easily digestible with practical takeaways and vulnerable discussions. I struggle with work identity issues and I’ve found the relatable content and easy banter between Adam and Stephen to be an opportunity to refresh and refocus on what matters most. Thank you!!!
I love this podcast’s focus on identity and work. There are so many good questions and thoughts that Stephen brings up that really hit home. For any focused, achievement oriented person, we can be our own worst enemy. This pod is a great resource and encouragement knowing there’s other folks who struggle with this stuff and have found ways to handle it. Good work!
I like the way they mix personal reflection with current books and authors
