Tried listening to the Cato episode. The host gives a long intro about how he’s not going to talk much, followed by him interrupting literally every sentence. Would have been an interesting episode, but too annoying to listen to.

this podcast is exactly what I needed that speaks truth and I can’t stop listening 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Ian represents a man with purpose and drive for something bigger than himself. I admire how he has taken his words and put them into action immediately. This is a must listen podcast.
Most podcasts either try too hard to entertain or play it safe to avoid controversy. Ian does neither. He delivers truth with conviction, clarity, and humility—making every episode feel like a conversation you didn’t know you needed. He challenges your thinking without attacking your beliefs. If you’re craving substance, nuance, and a break from the performance of modern media, this is your new home.
