I throughly enjoy listening to James offer his insight and tips to help strengthen the hospice nurse community. I feel like every episode I lear something new. Thanks James!
James has great content and presents it all in a very cool calm and collected manner … I have found myself applying specific content from this show directly to my daily patient care/case management
Wonderful and this is definitely answering some of my Medicare questions. And many of my coworkers have started to listen to this podcast also. Been a Hospice nurse for about 10 years and I am always learning something new daily.
I found this show about month ago and have listened to a BUNCH of episodes. I am not even a hospice nurse but much of what you talk about applies to home nursing visits in general. James you are so compassionate to your patients AND your coworkers. This show is educational and encouraging! A real find! Thank you!
Wish I had this available to me when I started Hospice nursing 10 years ago! I am semi-retired and still learning every day I work… Thank you so much James! Can’t stop listening!
I am a weekend on-call nurse. Thank you for keeping me company and sharing your experience. I find this podcast very educational and relevant. I have learned a lot that I put into practice. Keep them coming James!
I have enjoyed listening to you and Nurse this morning. I love that. You said we have to chart at the bedside is the most important thing. I was charting at the bedside and then told not to. So going in the opposite direction, but I’m going to start charting at the bedside again. It’s more accurate. It puts me stressed at the end of the day and I can still have contact and listen to them even with my computer in hand. Thank you for the insight and good advice.
I found this podcast earlier this week and have a lot of drive time to listen. Thank you for spreading your knowledge!
James always produces content that is relevant to hospice nursing and provides excellent education. I listen to every episode and can't wait for the next.

I’ve been a clinic nurse since 2008 and recently started working in hospice home health. Today I completed my second day of visits on my own and not sure I could have made it without your podcast. I had been struggling to find material that could help me understand what the heck I am suppose to being doing. Hospice nursing is uniquely complex and much more than I thought it would be. I absolutely love it!! And I was scared!!! I was worried about not succeeding, I didn’t want to be a failure but... more
