This is my favourite podcast. Even though I'm a musician and not an actor, I just love the honesty on this podcast! How the actors admit to going months without work, or how they spend years without an agent or any support. And how hard that can be. I love this podcast, and I hate exercise, so The Honest Actor gets me through what would be a mind numbing session on my elliptical. I work in the theatre, but most of my life in dance; my son is a young actor and I ‘honestly’ think I’ve been able to share some great insights, and better understand both the turning wheels of the industry, and the humble and mercurial imaginations of the lovely actors. more
