Absolutely loved this podcasts series. It handles a broad range of topics in the area of holistic healing which are very eloquently discussed by dr. Lauren and her guests. Each topic as inspiring as the next, it left me with a lot of openings to explore further.
This podcast has helped and inspired me for my own holistic healing. It’s helped me to think differently and introduced me to a great range of guests. I hope there is another series!
Dr. Lauren Macdonald is so knowledge from not only her educational and professional background but also her personal experience of going through cancer. The information and discussion in each episode from herself and the guests she brings on is easy digestible and inspiring. I binged listened to all of the episodes and I can’t wait for more to come out.
