Our respective journey’s are expected to be lived optimally. Either you create that expectation or someone creates it for you. Regardless, the definition of optimal is what we daily are trying to first understand as the goal, then second, deciding the process, and finally executing the plan. And if anyone thinks any of those steps are easy, then I would think you’re the one that needs help the most. We all need help. If you don’t think you do, you need it the most.
