  • Fantastic Evidence Based Preventive Medicine!

As an Emergency Medicine MD myself, I love the quality speakers and can relate to the topics that are evidence based. I also appreciate the fact that preventive medicine is absolutely necessary to prevent future ER visits. Also the fact that we may need to begin exploring alternative therapies before waiting for meta-analysis and randomized controlled trials to be completed. Dr. Abedi is well prepared for the interviews, and is passionate about her mission in elevating human health and vitality.... more

  • Comprehensive and enlightening

This was one of the first health related podcasts I’ve heard that is reframing medicine for the modern times. So often you see doctors who are either stuck in their ways or just not expanding because of status quo. Here they’re reinventing in ways as if they’re not tied to traditional dogma. Nothing cooky at all; top notch guests who are respected in their fields and just want yo progress the field based on real research. I love it!

  • This is it!

Incredible podcast! I’ve been looking for something like this for so long. Dr. Abedi is one of the most articulate, knowledgeable, and thought provoking doctors out there. It is truly refreshing to have finally found a podcast that bridges the gap between Eastern and Western medicine through the perspective of an MD who approaches the topic with a scientific lens.
