I’m listening to these podcasts on my daily “exercise” walk, during the Covid lockdown. So far every episode has given me at least one nugget of information, that gives me an “aha!” moment, that I then try to apply to what I’m doing.
A really lovely listen, that is uplifting, makes me laugh out loud (even though I’m walking on my own) & leaves me feeling positive.
In a world of chaos and panic, it’s nice to be distracted with someone positive and enjoyable, and this is that. Cate is a great host and topics are useful and interesting.
