I love how LaDawn talks about not just about physical health tips, but also the mindset keys that actually lead to lasting change and transformation. But also, her authentic, grace-filled conversational style literally makes you feel so encouraged and “cheered on” :) Which makes it so enjoyable and lovely to listen to, especially around a topic that many people (especially women) can feel frustrated / intimidated by. This podcast is a true GEM!!
