I enjoy this podcast, I’d love to hear more from women who have been very overweight lose weight pretty quick on the carnivore diet. Also, the sand is just horrible on here, you sound like your way in the background and you have to listen really well to hear you guys clearly. I’ve actually tried this on several phones and two computers now to see if it’s just my stuff or if it’s your podcast. So fix it, lol.
