I have finally found a podcast that I can relate too!
This podcast has helped me to get focused on what active movement works for me and what I am grateful for every week when I listen. It also gets me remembering to stay on point with eating healthier every week as well. Thank you for all the tips and health reminders mind, body and soul.
This is only the second time I have listened to the podcast and I found myself going through and listening to them while I was at work because I just felt so motivated and empowered to really start making steps to bettering myself as this has been something on my mind a lot lately! Thank you for the encouragement you provide to woman and the love and kindness.
I happened to check this out and found myself listening to them all while folding laundry (we have a big family and a lot of laundry lol) The show was a welcome dose of positivity, encouragement and kind nudges of accountability for making healthy choices and being intentional about mindset - definitely would recommend. :) This will be an impactful podcast for many!
