I love love love this podcast, she gives practical tips and teaches you how to apply them all why aligning them with the Bible. I’m only on episode 14 because I keep relistening to some of the firsts episodes because they have been so profoundly impactful and I want to unpack everything she’s covering! Seriously in the chaos of my life as a nurse, mom to 3 young kid, wife to a firefighter and rancher this has been a cornerstone of faith and mental health for me!
