  • Crossover Bitcoin/Ethereum Content Desperately Needed

Gwart creates a place for the best bitcoin ethereum crossover conversations to take place. As a Bitcoiner it has been hard to find podcasts about ETH and crypto that I enjoy and the first few episodes have something special going on. This show is going to rip this bull run as people are craving more intelligent takes.

  • A show with REAL yield

Where does real yield come from? I think it is from listening to The Gwart Program. It is illegal to listen if you do not want Stateless Money. It is illegal to listen if you are deploying on eth instead of an L2.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

We Need To Stop Geofencing DeFi Like Hyperliquid w/ Jake Chervinsky
Q: What is the main risk if the bill overreaches into regulating non-custodial developers?
Overreaching could misclassify developers as money transmitters or securities intermediaries, effectively banning non-custodial DeFi innovations and driving activity offshore or to non-compliant protocols.
We Need To Stop Geofencing DeFi Like Hyperliquid w/ Jake Chervinsky
Q: How should DeFi be regulated without killing innovation?
Regulation should focus on practical measures like front-end screening, transaction simulation, and forensics, while avoiding protocol-level compliance that would force permissioned control and stifle truly decentralized systems.
We Need To Stop Geofencing DeFi Like Hyperliquid w/ Jake Chervinsky
Q: What is the current status of the market structure bill and its key sticking points?
Most sections are settled, but the big remaining issues are stablecoin yield, ethics provisions, and the full commission and staffing considerations; the bill's fate depends on whether lawmakers can bridge these remaining gaps.
Why Miners Are Trading BTC For AI Compute w/ Rory Murray & Chris Bae
Q: What happened during 1010 in the crypto markets, and how did the guests approach it?
The guests describe 1010 as a catalyst moment when macro and TradFi trends collided with crypto, leading to a wick-down in Bitcoin during a holiday weekend. They emphasize that this was part of a broader shift in market structure, liquidity, and risk management, and that mature operators should focus on disciplined hedging and counterparty risk rather than chasing hype.
A Return To Fundamentals w/ Dean Eigenmann
Q: Do you plan to invest in tokens or equities, and what is the long-term vision for Markets Inc?
In the flagship fund, the emphasis is on tokens, with a long-term view that most finance will move on-chain and that tokenized revenue and governance will align investors with token holders over time.
