Fun, informative, entertaining, and relevant nutrition podcast. Kezia bypasses all the fad diets and phoney nutrition advice and KEEPS IT REAL! Highly recommended if you want practical, evidence-based information and real life advice, with an empathetic and humorous delivery.
Would dip in and out of this podcast occasionally as some of the topics are of interest, but I don’t love how it’s presented/delivered for various reasons. Then today I started listening to episode 134 about boosting immune system when she comes out with ‘I’m not a mask wearing fan’ and about how there’s other ways to beat the virus. WTF. masks are there to protect others from catching it from us - using her platform to spread misinformation is DANGEROUS. of course having a healthy immune system... more
