  • Ultimate guitar geek out

This is honestly like having a bunch of mates who are way better at guitar and infinitely more knowledgeable about music than I am, but are prone to childish banter and surreal tangents in conversation. Lurches from genuinely insightful to comedically awkward at the drop of a hat. Fabulous stuff.

  • Only a little bit about guitar

Yet another podcast that’s not really about the subject but the hosts.

They spend more than half of each episode talking about traveling and catching a cold in Leeds.

  • The Best Guitar Podcast!

These guys really kept me company throughout the pandemic, unearthing loads of their interviews with amazing guests.

Excellent education and discussion with top banter!

As a longtime listener, I’ve gotten bored of all the more general sort of whinging episodes about “The state of the online guitar community” and so on. Not that those weren’t good, and I almost always agree with what they are saying. It’s just that after you listen to a few, you already understand everyone’s vi... more

  • These guys have truly enhanced my playing and my life.

I’m really writing this as a thank you. I’ve been on the lookout for an audio-based method for learning practical intermediate-to-advanced guitar skills, which is surprisingly hard to come by. This is exactly what I needed. These guys are funny, engaging and they’re experts with a sense of humility. Also helps that they are fellow Sam Harris devotees. Cheers guys! Thanks for all you do.

Personal note: Beebs, episode 52 was one of the most personally meaningful podcasts I’ve ever heard. I’m 38,... more
