Loved being part of this show. Shannon asks though and thoughtful questions and drills deeper into what makes good leaders great. Highly recommended!
Love this show. So excited it’s back!
This podcast is one of the very best I’ve heard—by any host. The leadership lessons LtGen Reynolds shares are priceless and I hope many young people will listen and learn.
While I admire the service of Amy McGrath and respect her point of view and ideas, what I found annoying is how the podcaster (Shannon Huffman Polson) interjected her personal opinion vs. conducting an interview.
I thought the point of the podcast was to look at facing fear and failure, connecting to purpose…
The interview with McGrath was 98% ideology.
No one can explore the amazing balance of tenacity and tenderness like Shannon Huffman Polson. She leads and she follows and she challenges us to think differently, appear authentically and learn deeply. Great interviews with amazing grit.
