We talk about the Nashville Predators. There is no better show in Smashville. In fact, one might even go so far as to call it The Gold Standard of Preds podcasts.

In a market starved for decent Predators coverage, this podcast is a huge disappointment. Putting Adam behind the paywall leaves fans nothing. Listen if you want to hear the moderator praise blue sky & cry about how mean X is. The guy is the epitome of woke 40-something media.
For the love of god enough with the blue sky talk. It’s a dead website that’s staying dead. Know your audience, Twitter is king.
Only critique I have is I’ve heard enough about Jaspers. Love you guys tho
Thanks so much to Braden and Adam for giving us such honest and objective coverage of Nashville’s Hockey team. This podcast is my guilty pleasure and while I’m (very) sorry to see Adam go I’m looking forward to seeing what this podcast looks like next year. (Govertime??).
Best of Luck Adam! I cancelled my Athletic subscription in solidarity!
It’s nice to have something to listen to regarding the Preds without the insane homer takes we get from local radio who also broadcast the games. They fail to be critical because of the business relationship between the two. Vingan used to annoy me but he has really matured in his coverage over the last few years and I miss Braden Gall on the radio in the mornings. Nice work guys.

Two hosts provide structured, no-nonsense analysis of Nashville Predators hockey with a focus on team strategy, trades, and player development. Across episodes, the conversation centers on the team's performance, management decisions, rebuild vs. contend debates, and the implications of front-office moves for the coming seasons. The tone blends informed critique with accessible banter, and audience engagement via social media is a noted feature. A standout aspect is the duo's willingness to challenge traditional narratives and to discuss ownership, management, and prospects with a grounded, fan-first perspective, which makes it a strong fit for listeners seeking honest, data-driven hockey discourse and long-term franchise context.
