This is my new favorite go-to podcast anytime I need a little inspiration or practical guidance while trying to be the best version of myself. Lisa does such a great job of taking self care and personal development concepts and making them practical to apply on a daily basis. Even more, she does an amazing job of tying the spiritual side of it all and showing you how to tie it into your daily life in an attainable way. Highly recommend this podcast!
