    Living with Type 1 for years, I’m used to podcasts giving me the same recycled advice on repeat. The Glucose Never Lies podcast is the first one that’s genuinely made me stop, think, and actually understand what my body’s doing. It doesn’t talk down to me, and it doesn’t pretend things are simpler than they are.
