  • Insulin resistance

If you haven’t presented this topic before, it would be helpful for those who give short acting insulin injections with every meal. • Finally!

I’m an RD/CDE and Type 1 spouse who’s not currently working and I love all the recent research and new products you highlight in your emails and videos. This is one more way to help me stay connected to the diabetes world while I take some time off. Love how you keep it light and interesting! But the intro music is way too long!

Q: Based on the study results, what would you say to a family considering Afrezza for their child?
Adult experience supports long-term safety, pediatric data show safety over one year with ongoing monitoring, and the evidence suggests Afrezza offers comparable glycemic control with potential weight benefits and improved mealtime flexibility, making it a reasonable option to discuss alongside other therapies.
