The voice acting and writing is pretty good. The characters are fun and interesting. Pacing overal could be better, it is quite slow to progress the storyline. Some of the sound effects are a bit much, I skip the intro usually because it is a bit to intense and some of the sound effects are a bit strange (especially the scenes in a driving car sounds like the driver is trying to be a formula 1 or rally driver)
But that is nitpicking, overall it is great
These guys are amazing! The effort in the episodes, the artwork is amazing! and just perfect.
The story is good, the voice actors are good. However, the episodes are so short that it’s hard to stay with the story from week to week. You finally start to get into the story and it’s over in 15 minutes. It takes away from the show.
These guys are dope and are open about using AI for the vast amount of animations they create on their Patreon, but Mark’s art is authentic. He has a really interesting and morbid style that he also shows on his Patreon. He always discloses whether it’s AI or not.
Anyways, this podcast is awesome and the cover art shouldn’t even matter because it’s a podcast. Great voice acting and phenomenal story. Make sure to check out their main page Maeltopia.
Not Dog-**** awful, but not great either. Was intriguing at first, but after the first 12 episodes it starts to drag. Story’s stretched farther than a child’s chewing gum.
