Really one of my favourite gaming podcasts. Listening to gamers talk critically but enthusiastically and happily about a wide range of games is consistently exciting and delightful. LOTS of inspiration for games I wanna run here, as well as great ideas to steal for games I’m already running.
Into Roleplaying Games? each episode they discuss playing and running a wide range of RPGs. Whats new, whats old, what can be modified for more fun. Everyone on the show plays in the online gaming community The Gauntlet, inclusive and vibrant community of designers, players and game masters.
This was my 3rd Gauntlet Con and I loved every moment of it. I played 10 or11 sessions and had a terrific time. One system wasn’t my preference but now I know. But even that game I played with a couple of great people who such a pleasure. I love the podcasts the zine but mostly the community.
The hosts of this RPG podcast are the bees knees. They are smart, funny, and really care about playing games. And they actually play the games they talk about, with their listeners too!
My favorite podcast community. This is the flagship podcast which has a rotating cast of hosts, all of which I've come to love closely. They cover the RPG hobby, specifically from the perspective of small press and indie RPGs, so you get an amazing spread of games, opinions, and in-depth perspectives on play and design. Fabulous.
