Absolutely amazing podcast for all Leaders and followers. Leaders create leaders.
Wonderful podcast! It's a real gem in the huge podcast world! Tara's calm and knowledgeable way to talk about working with teams makes her podcasts a highlight of my playlist. I can especially recommend the episode with the wonderful Oscar Trimboli.
Highly recommend this podcast to anyone leading or working with teams. Tara talks with an interesting diversity of guests and effortlessly blends her own wisdom and experiences into the conversations. Each episode explores a different lens on the rich tapestry of teamwork.
Okay, so I’ve been a guest a couple of times, so I need to disclose that, but I accepted the invitation because Tara’s podcast is really, really good.
You’ll find a variety of guests who all know their stuff and offer diverse perspectives, with Tara bringing her own thoughts and provocative questions. I highly recommend giving the GoT a listen.
Why listen? Because Tara creates an environment online that genuinely encourages new thinking and great ideas to flow. Her choice of guests is guided by deep professional knowledge combined with a well-honed instinct for what is both cutting edge and valuable. This series is building up to a terrific resource for anyone keen to encourage great teams and evolve healthy, human-centred places to work.
