Reviews

4.6 out of 5 stars from 21 ratings
  • The name isn’t what the show is about

The show is supposed to be about the future of work given advances in AI and other technologies. But the show is mainly about promoting woke ridiculous ideologies regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). The technology aspect of the conversation revolves around that goal. It’s just political propaganda and woke indoctrination disguised as tech-talk.

AI and Personal Financial Planning
Q: What can you do now to improve your financial decision-making?
Use AI as a learning tool for lower intimidation around financial jargon and complexities, but for complicated situations, consult a human advisor.

People are mainly using it for financial education, asking basic questions to lower their intimidation in the area of personal finance.

In mature organizations, recruiters are seen as advisors. In less mature setups, they may just be seen as order takers, lacking influence on hiring decisions.
AI and the Hiring Game, Part 1
Q: What is the true cost of a bad hire?
A bad hire can cost between 100% and 200% of the individual's annual salary in added costs like recruitment and training, but it can also cause cultural erosion and decrease team performance.
