    Current affairs podcasts are getting so depressing. I have this sort of sense of duty to be aware of why I should be worried about the possibility of Israel and Iran starting a war or how the Taliban overran the Afghan army but it doesn’t put a spring in my step. Even This American Life has lost some of its “wow” factor. But Function Room puts a smile on my face every time. Colm has a voice that subtly instructs you to chill out.
