I'm really enjoying this podcast. Adam interviews his guests in a way that really seems to bring something useful to the conversation in a way that not all interview style podcasts manage. As well as being entertaining, there's always something useful to think about and use to improve your own leadership. Definitely recommended!
A very enjoyable and thought provoking new leadership podcast. I came away with some new ideas and feeling challenged to take action.
Adam embodies Frank and Fearless, encouraging us to be honest with ourselves and to grow by stretching out of our comfort zone. The podcast is jam packed with thoughtful insights , enjoyable to listen to
Then listen to this, Adam just asks the questions that make you think.
He challenges - and I’m not even in the room with him - and when I answered myself, I felt he challenged again. This podcast has really triggered me in to taking those BIG steps out of my comfort zone and to have those frank and fearless conversations. To not shy away for fear of rejection - even as a Behavioural specialist I know it’s my biggest fear but I can’t face it. Thank you Adam you’ve just made me face it. 💥
A series of (hopefully to continue) excellent Podcasts that really explore the human aspect of leadership. Skilfully guided by Adam Harris, the interviews lift the lid on a range of relevant & contemporary leadership issues without preaching or any level of patronisation.
Fantastic work, thank you.
