I’m a relatively new Iyengar student and this podcast has greatly supported me to deepen my practice and get a more thorough understanding of Iyengar and how it can improve my life. I’ve applied some direct tips from some episodes, I’ve increased my library or resources and above all I’ve laughed and even cried listening to these beautiful stories from around the world. Katerina, the host has crafted some great episodes and I’m always excited for the new episodes to come out.

The host conducts the interviews exceptionally well, never interrupts, and always listens attentively. It’s a pure pleasure to listen to, making it a highlight of my week.
