This may well have been the first podcast about The Flash I listened to. It's not the best, but it has its moments. I sort of miss its early days, when The Flash was more fun and so was the pod, but the snark is pleasant when they manage to keep it good natured and coming from a place of liking the show (which is a line they sometimes cross these days).
