  • Food vs Cardio weight loss

Thanks for answering my question about strength training and easy day runs. I would like to try putting strength training ahead of my easy runs. With that being said it’s now on the list of priorities along with doing an angry up. 🏃🏽‍♂️💪🏼❤️‍🩹

Excellent content and I appreciate that Tara didn’t shame those of us who partake of green drinks. I’ve been using mine for years because I was not eating enough fruits and vegetables but today I’m eating more and the green drink helps with my gut health. 🏃🏽‍♂️💪🏼❤️‍🩹

  • Your one stop shop to fitness, weight loss, recovery, and everything in between.

I had the pleasure of meeting Fitz at a running event a few months ago and attended one of her expo panels on strength training. I’m fairly new to her podcast, though I’ve browsed through the wealth of content on her website. I’m also pretty picky about the podcasts I listen to, but Fitz has really stood out.

She has an incredible way of blending motivation, expert advice, and humor that connects with anyone, whether you're new to fitness or have been at it for a while. Her content is always en... more

Don't Google it. Stop using AI to write your fucking emails. Please don't Google it. Don't accept advice from your friend's cousin friend who also had that disease.

Q: How hopeful are you that there is some, I think with the, I'm not saying any of this right because it's so important, but with the AI... What is your prediction for the future of cancer or hopefully, the death of cancer?
I would like to believe that AI can become a tool, like anything else and not a solution to anything. It's going to have a very different adoption model... but genetics are really the future.
