Loved your conversation with Jim Abrahams. What really resonated was Abraham's recounting the story about his son Charlie who suffered from epilepsy and the amazing journey that lead to discovering ketogenic therapies for epilepsy and The Charlie Foundation. Tons of amazing takeaways in this episode and excited to share it with others! This is a fantastic podcast!
Very informative and pleasant at the same time. I have learn here valuable information about my health.
This episode was so thought invoking. So many examples that I could relate to my own life. Everyone should listen to this episode if you want to be a better human and have better connections and relationships.
Drew does an amazing job on teaching how the mental and spiritual side of health will really increase your fitness goals. So much emphasis is put on the perfect diet or lifting weights, but not about why we can’t stick to the new habits we are trying to create. I love all his episodes! He brings the missing piece to fitness. Thank you!
Vulnerable, educational, fun, informative - truly one of my favorite podcasts to listen to and one that I look forward to each time. A big thank you to Drew for speaking on such a variety of topics but also being someone who puts his vulnerabilities out there for the world to relate to and having such a big heart all around.
