    We have all hit those blocks in our lives, we reevaluate what the true meaning of health is. This podcast has knocked it out of the park! She is honest, truthful and authentic. Highly recommend and can’t wait to listen to many more.

    I love that Connie is about health and not just weight loss and looks. She is really about your overall health and what’s on the inside (getting labs to know what’s going on underneath the hood for example) She wants to help you where you are and does not push a certain agenda. Her podcasts are enlightening about all different topics of health! Highly recommend!
