    Around 43 min mark there is a factual error. The issues regarding 1st Amendment Rights specifically getting paid for speaking on/with raptors was litigated in California in Federal Court. Both California and the US Fish and Wildlife Departments conceded and struck all regulations in California all restrictions regarding use of our falconry for pay not just reimbursement for expenses for education, presentation on all media forms including advertisement and movies.   • Wow what a great pod cast

    So amazing to see the changes in Falconry in my 40 years in this adventure. Al Frank has done an incredible job providing history, insight and and updated information on what available for falconers today. Discussions of integrity, knowledge, skills to apply and skills not applicable to my individual situation. What a great show!!!!!
