The evolve podcast really opens my eyes to a variety of topics that need attending to as a modern male. Steve and Myles have tons of interesting guests that tackle male mental, ADHD, fitness, and just being a better person every day.
They have entertaining cohosts and their guests are truly incredible. You’ll laugh, cry, and learn more listening to this for an hour a week than 40 hours/ week at a university. This podcast is the best 🤘
