This podcast from Eric is long overdue. His talent at aggregating and teaching lean principles is legendary, and the startup world needs it now more than ever, particularly as companies scale and forget what created the “secret sauce” in the first place.
I first learned about Eric almost a decade ago from my friend from Uber told me to read the lean startup. Obviously, that book is legendary. But over the years as Eric has ran LTSE, i learned so much more about his values. He cares about GOOD business. Business that is GOOD for the world.
