    As a listener from the beginning, you completely lost me after the “Should Fine Dining Exist?” episode. I am a chef.

    Ray is so far out of touch with reality on this post. All fine dining kitchens are not abusive. There are plenty of low end kitchens with unprofessional employees. Fine dining is a luxury, not for everyone, it is not meant to be. It provides inspiration for and is enjoyed by many.
