I LOVE this podcast. However, even with the volume all the way up on my phone, I can barely hear the speakers.
What a genuine and special episode this was. Alta Starr is someone I would really like to work with. An absolutely great listen!
The Shame song to the tune of The Sound of Silence was so freeing from the October 13, 2022 episode. Brianna was so wise and I appreciated her thoughts on fear being meant to be a temporary feeling. Love this show and so thankful it exists!!
The content of the podcast is great, but the poor audio quality of the recording makes it very hard to follow. I usually can’t stand listening to a whole episode and have to take breaks.
This podcast is everything. BUT I was super sad to hear Arboleda was being interviewed. He is well known for appropriating the work of youth and immigrant women. The youth for his recent project was not fully paid. Musicians weren’t paid. The designers weren’t credited. Participants have considered legal action.
