Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Episode 4.24: Here/Now
Q: If you could give either your younger self or an aspiring musician, any piece of advice, what would that be?
Persistence is key, you know? Like if you're doing anything in music, it likely will not happen quickly or anything good will not kind of come quickly. It's very easy with the, you know, taking L's and like going through like all the struggles of being a musician and things like that to like kind of like bail. And I think that it's rewarding to not bail.
Episode 4.18: KAHANI
Q: If you guys had MySpace today, right now, what would your MySpace profile song be?
Herschel said his profile song would be 'Lost in the Dark' by Let The Suffer. Roland chooses 'Enigma' by Within The Ruins, while Paul picks 'Dissimulate' by Envisions.
Episode 4.18: KAHANI
Q: What was that one band for you guys? What was that one band that did it for you?
Personal influences include Slipknot, The Devil Wears Prada, and local band Crunkasaurus Rex, each playing a pivotal role in shaping their musical journey.
Episode 4.21: Glory Days
Q: If you could give either your younger self or an aspiring musician any piece of advice, what would that be?
Just have fun. Enjoy your time. There's a limited amount of time you have, and may as well do what you can while you're here and have the ability to.
Episode 4.21: Glory Days
Q: What would be your MySpace profile song?
CJ's would be 'Decay' by Counterparts, while Vince's would be 'In the Light' by Michael Markegie.
