  • Imagine being in the back seat of a car eavesdropping on a conversation between Dave O'Neil and the legends of Australian comedy (actually 'legend' is how Dave describes everyone). It's a great insight into how many of Australia's top comedy performers got to where they are and how they continue to hone their skills.... And it's just simply entertaining.

  • Let them breathe!

Excited to hear the guests but if they dare take a breath, Dave jumps in, often answering his own question or fills in any space while they’re talking (‘yeah yeah yeah’ ‘ohhhh yeh right’). I wish he wasn’t so afraid of a little silence. Maybe listening back to his own pod would help improve the style. Currently cannot bear it. First 10 mins of Arj, so painful.
