The rookie episode should have been named the WC show. Hardly heard boo on all the other teams and it was hard to listen to. But it’s good to see some of the best rookies are totally going under the radar.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Trade Therapy: It's Nasiah Time!
Q: Which option would you rather, Nass now or hold off and upgrade other positions?
Both hosts lean toward Nass this week, arguing that a direct upgrade to Nass often creates more long-term value and flexibility, despite the risk of tags.
Trade Therapy + When to be aggressive in AFL Fantasy?
Q: Who are you targeting this week for upgrades if Baz is traded out?
The plan is to get Whitfield and Dagoey, and a third upgrade if possible, to maintain momentum and set up a double upgrade next round.
Post-Bye Strategy w/ @AFLewy: 23rd premium or best 22?
Q: What is Lewy's approach to the 23rd premium on the run home?
Lewy notes that while the 23rd premium can be useful for player coverage, the better approach for many coaches is to prioritize a strong 22 first and only consider the 23rd premium if it meaningfully supports bench structure and cash generation without compromising core scorers.
Round 16 Team Release & Trade Therapy
Q: Two of the following for listener trade therapy: Heaney, Dagoey and Durham. Pick two.
The host suggests Heaney and Durham as the preferred two, considering form, matchup, and cash implications, with caveats about next-week plans and available upgrades.
Heeney, Merrett, Bont or Holmes? | TRADE THERAPY
Q: John asks about the best buy options given Rankin's injury and the run home: who should be prioritized?
Prioritize fixing the dead rookies and strengthening the bench with players like Banfield and Isen, while considering Holmes as a key upgrade; Rankin should be traded out if injury updates suggest longer absence.
