  • Absolute crackpot

Hate thinly veiled as intellectualism. I’m deeply interested in the constitution as an area of study and was excited to see the breadth of content here, but this podcast is simply an attempt to use our most important document to justify a hateful, narrow minded view of America. Pass on it if you actually care about the ideals this nation was founded upon. You’ll find nothing but rot here.

  • Very thought provoking

I found Paul by accident and have been listening now for several months. I find his content very thought provoking and informative for the times we live in. Listen and find out how the Constitution should be followed and how our federal/state governments are out of control and We The People have become merely subjects under their thumb due to our own fault. Wake up America

  • Worth the listen

I drive quite a bit and found Paul’s podcast, and his conversational tone and his ease in which he explains things made him easy to listen to and to expand my knowledge. I teach state constitutions which are more diverse and longer then the US Constitution so to hear and learn from Paul has been a great experience

  • Our Constitution, logically, reasonably & correctly!

Thank you Paul. We certainly need more of you out there because our culture has been Frankfurt Schooled, Cloward-Piven’ed & Alinsky-ized, not to mention Gramsci’ed, Horkheimer’ed & Dewey’ed.

The culture & politic has been rotting for 70+ years, with the help of the willfully ignorant ppl in both arenas-it’s time to wake regular ppl up…thanks again, God bless you, God bless our extraordinary founding & the EXCEPTIONAL nation they, w/the help of their preceding history & natures God, erected, Amer... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Government making things worse
Q: What happened to the Ninth Amendment in practice, and does it have traction in health freedom?
While it is rarely invoked, the Ninth Amendment can be invoked to argue that unenumerated rights exist, such as bodily autonomy, provided they do not infringe on others' rights; the host suggests it could have some relevance but is not a straightforward tool for health policy.
Search warrants gone wrong
Q: So before we get to that, Bud, tell my audience a little bit about yourself and why you got into this particular situation.
Cummins explains his background as a former U.S. attorney and Arkansas legislator, and frames the discussion around his concern for due process and the handling of the Malinowski case, including the massive morning raid and its consequences.
Constitutional illiteracy is undermining America
Q: What do you think should happen as you watch colleagues hit the slots and debate extraordinary circumstances?
The guest argues that genuine constitutional constraints should guide government action, emphasizing that extraordinary circumstances must be clearly defined in the Constitution and not invoked as a political expedient.
The SAVE Act dilemma: Federal has no authority over state election roles
Q: Why is there controversy over the SAVE Act's provisions on voter registration?
Because the SAVE Act attempts to federalize voter registration, which many see as beyond Congress's constitutional power and infringing on states' rights to manage their own registration processes.
The SAVE Act dilemma: Federal has no authority over state election roles
Q: What is the constitutional basis for federal authority over federal elections?
The federal government has authority over the time, place, and manner of federal elections under Article I, but it does not extend to regulating state election administration or voter registration in state elections; this is where the SAVE Act raises constitutional questions.
